The hotel personnel were very helpful.

I was quite frustrated that there was no designated taxi stop nearby, which made it inconvenient to get on or off a taxi. The road outside is so busy that it made it difficult for drivers to stop in the designated drop-off area. it's worth noting that the distance to the nearest MRT station is quite far, so we had to rely on buses that weren't the most convenient option either.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The clean and comfortable Superior Twin Room was a highlight, complemented by a breakfast that included delicious fresh local fish. the room size felt somewhat cramped, limiting movement. the lack of a nearby taxi stop made transportation a bit inconvenient. the hotel offered decent amenities but could improve on accessibility.
